  • "Rode to Sarasota May 28, 2016 to honor Fallen Veterans for Memorial Day. My FLHT stopped charging as we left Arcadia headed to National Cemetary. Was able to limp it to Cemetary before it gave up the ghost! Parked it safely. Planned on catching ride with husband home so he could come back with truck & trailer. After lunch we stopped by Rossiter's Harley Davidson to inquire about what could be wrong. Thinking it was a regulator we spoke to "CJ" in parts. CJ said from the symptoms it could be the regulator but he was concerned it was a Stator instead. He was reluctant to sell me a $220.00 part if that was not the true ailment. After talking to "Bobby" in service, Rossiter's sent a tech to the cemetery and trailered bike to shop, tested the stator and found a 98 model stator doesn't last forever and they will decide TODAY I'm going to stop working with no warning. While waiting for tech & bike to return they invited us to enjoy their Memorial weekend festivities, food & drink. Even with the holiday weekend at hand they were able to find the part and had me running In less than a week. They had resurrected the "Cemetary Bike"!!! Had them check air shocks since in a week I had lost all pressure, turns out they couldn't find anything wrong, just normal operation for this system. Picked up bike and rode it home June 4. Worth the drive for the professionalism and quality of work, all for less than $600.00. Even though I have two Harley Dealers in the Lee County area next time my bike needs service, I'll be taking the beautiful 100 mile backroad ride from Lehigh Acres to Sarasota to Rossiters for service. Thanks again guys!!!!"

  • "Was traveling from Key West back to Atlanta, GA when I cut my rear tire on I-75 at 4:30 pm. Called the dealership to get my bike towed and get my rear tire replaced. My tire is a special order tire that the dealership was able to locate at a local shop, the GM went to the tire shop to pick the tire up at 6:00 pm so the Service Dept. could get on my bike first thing the next day. Everyone I came in contact with during this experience was a tremendous help and offered nothing but positive information, from the young man that picked me up on the side of I-75, to the Service Dept. to the GM. What a great group working in this dealership, nothing but top class as far as I am concerned. I sincerely appreciate all of you staying late to receive my bike and getting me back on the road the next day. Thank you very much! If I ever pass back through I will definitely stop in and say Thanks again!"

  • "I was on vacation in Venice and wanted to return to riding while on vacation. It has been five years since I sold my Harley Fatboy. I've often admired the Street Glide, so I decided to rent a Street Glide. A+ experience from start to finish. I called to verify that the Street Glide was an available rental bike. The day of the rental couldn't have been any easier. I was assisted within five minutes of my arrival. Harry couldn't have been any more thorough. I was a little nervous about making two u-turns without putting my foot down. After all, it has been five years since I've ridden. I asked Harry to demonstrate the U-turn. Watching him, made it a lot easier for me to envision the speed. I made two U-turns and off I went. The bike was new 2016 with less than 4,000 miles on it. I rented for two days. I'm be back in February and I'm either renting longer or buying another bike. Nothing like getting back on a bike and riding. Great experience! Thanks again."

I checked with Black Widow in Port Charlotte and Tampa Harley comparing the deal offered at Rossiter and neither one could match or beat the deal at Rossiter. Black Widow has a sign saying they will beat anybody's deal.......NOT TRUE! I've been dealing with the Rossiter service department for almost three years and always received 5 star treatment and service! Thank you Sean, what an asset you are for Rossiter. It's well worth my 30 mile ride for service just to know my ride back home after the service will be worry free and no parts fall off! I highly recommend this dealership!"

  • "Found my dream bike a few days ago and was beyond ecstatic to find it hadn't sold yet when I returned (last one in stock). Running short on time to make her mine, I started the buying process with minutes on the clock before I had to leave and go to work. In my absence, Sharon and David wor ked to make sure everything was done and ready when I returned the next day. Enter the next morning and see my dream ride sitting next to the door with a sold sign, right there, waiting for me. David and Sharon worked hard to not only get me a great deal, but get me GREAT financing. My bike was prepped with my added detachable sissy bar for the wife, gassed up and ready to go. Sean spent a good amount of time giving me the run down on how to navigate all the goodies my new FLHXS had, and made sure I knew how to work everything before I took off. Before leaving I received well wishes from every employee who had helped me out. I knew leaving there if/when I need anything they will be there, and always ready and willing to help. The only thing that makes me feel bad is there are only 5 stars to give when the customer service I received was absolutely second to none."
