"A few months prior to my 36th birthday, I arrived at home on a Sunday evening to find 15 people standing in my driveway sounding "party horns." My amazing wife surprised me with a night rod special. A machine which she had purchased from Sharon Edwards at Rossiter's. There were many instructions and prerequisites that came with this awesome gift, but the one that stuck out was how much it meant for me to stop in and let Sharon know if I liked the bike.
Without hesitation I rode the bike one Saturday down to the dealership and told Sharon how much I loved the bike and how I appreciated her being in on the surprise (a task not easily accomplished around me).

"My daughters gave me a GC to rent a Road Glide while we were on our annual Spring Training trip. The rental was scheduled for 1 day but I kept extending it, ending up with a 4 day rental. Cari in the rental department could not have been more helpful both in the initial rental discussions with her recommendations and in the daily phone calls from me to extend the rental. I loved the bike. Traded in a Road King over the winter for a Road Glide which I hadn't had a chance to ride yet living in New Hampshire. Really glad I had a chance to ride the Glide in Florida and very happy that I did it through Rossiter's HD. I was very happy with the dealership and would not hesitate to return for another rental or anything else.

"My husband took the Rider's Edge course and then bought his 2010 Harley Electra Glide Ultra Limited at Rossiter's in June. We had the best experience with all staff at Rossiter's. I have never driven a motorcycle and took the Riders Edge class in November and I now have my own 2011 Harley Dyna Super Glide Custom. We went to Rossiter's to buy my bike because we had such a great experience the first time. Everyone at Rossiter's was very helpful, honest and patient with us as well as very knowledgeable at what they do. They know buying the right bike takes time. "My experience with Rossiter's HD has been nothing less than outstanding. Dave (Sales) was well informed, patient and most importantly respectful of my "shopping around". I spent over three weeks comparing bikes and dealerships. When I was done making comparisons of multiple Harley dealers ranging from Sarasota to Orlando (I visited 7 dealerships in total), Rossiter's became the apparent choice. The difference maker for me was the friendly atmosphere supported by a very fair price for a great bike. My purchase was a lightly used 2009 HD Heritage Classic and I've never been happier with a product in my life. I've never owned a Harley previously and I had ridden metrics cruisers for several years. Dave encouraged me to take a Harley for a test drive, I did and almost immediately I was hooked. Dave never said a negative word about by metric cruiser and in fact complimented the progress metric bikes had made over the years, I thought this to be VERY professional and displayed strong confidence in the HD product he was presenting to me. And while I had a few reservations regarding stories I had read and/or heard about making the move to a HD (cost in specific). It became instantly obvious you get what you pay for in quality workmanship, appearance and ride. And most importantly, if you do a close cost comparison between HD and metric cruisers you'll find Harley is a better buy in the long run, a true investment versus a depreciating asset.
The purchase experience was a pleasure. No pressure to buy add-ons, extended warranties (even though I most likely will add extended warranty to my bike), etc. Lori (GM) took time to personally support the sales transaction sharing information with me about my new bike PLUS, training a new hire employee (who was just as impressive, kind and considerate as the rest of the staff --- she was thorough and very effective in her new job). I encourage any person debating on buying a Harley for the first time to visit Rossiters, see Dave and spend some time speaking with the staff. When done talking, take a bike for a ride and then make a purchase. Save your time from driving throughout the central / southern Florida area and take advantage of the Rossiter team and their skilled leadership, sales and technical team. You will not be disappointed and you will get a fair and reasonable price, a truly win-win experience.

"First off, I would like to say, that with my experience with tis dealership and the staff were great! Another couple along with my wife and I were on vacation with our party which my friends parents had a mobile hm in Bradenton where we were staying. I had mentioned to my friend, why don't we see if we can rent rides while were here as it is easier and less expensive to get around? So we came across Rossiter's in Sarasota, rented a couple of classics as we are both riders at hm and we took off! Well, it was time to go hm but while I was there to return the bikes, I came upon this 98, 95th Anniversary Edition Ultra Classic which apparently just arrived! I proceeded inside to talk to a sales rep. and came across Orca! He went on about the details that it had belonged to one of their locals finest? AmI boring you yet? Well I decided to make application for finance and here is were it all started!Now, you have to understand that I'am a CDN from the Toronto area and with being there I was curious to see if I would qualify with no criteria here in USA as I have no credit info here! Orca took my app. even though I told him where I was from but he said, that's cool we have a CDN division up in Utah! I said, cool! In the mean time, we took a jont up to Disney for our last day and Orca said, give me a call later today as I might have an answer? At approx. 4pm, I called from the park and sadly, no answer from the dept. as of yet! He said again, give me a call later today and see what happens? Keep in mind our flight leaves today from Tampa at 7:30pm! At 4pm I call again! I wait and wait and wait on hold and all of a sudden, Orca here! I identified who it was and he went on to say, sorry Rick but I was busy out putting a sold sign on your bike! And I said, PARDON! My legs went to rubber as It has taken me 40 YRS to achieve this task and the staff and Utah made my dream come true for as it is the 12th bike I've had in my life, not all Harley's though! I came into the dealership and it was all tweaked and peaked ready to go! After all said and done I picked up the bike, shook hands in good faith and follwed my friends up to the airport to return the rental car and set my wife and friends off in the plane and I rode off into the sunset as it was really just starting to get dark and for me to begin my journey hm to Canada and I arrived Mon Am in time for breakfast! Oh yeah one more small detail, keep in mind here it is early Oct. and winter is soon upon us and that all I had for gear was a jean jacket and jeans with a t-shirt but as the farther north I got, the more Walmart's I had to stop at! By the time I got hm, it was 2 degrees celcius, which is in lamens term, 38 degrees! I was almost like Jim Carey on Dumb and Dumber, but it was all worth it! In closing, I would go back to Rossiter's for all my riding needs! Sorry for the long story, but I hope you enjoyed it like my ride hm!! Good day,EH? Rick Bowles, Brampton,Ontario."

"i brought my bike in for a broken trans shift lever and a clutch ( 97 police king ) i took it a couple days, later that day after i picked it up, the bike started running rough so i took it to service they found a bad sencer,battary, stater and intake seal i went wow how could this be ! all that at once ! i called Earnie at the service dept. he said he would handle checking all that stuff out him self and he than had the techs repair it. unbeliveable!! that bike hasent ran that good since i got it in 1998 47,000 mi ago i just got back from leesburgh fl. good job guys!! what im trying to say is thanks to all responsable for the repairs to bike (my baby) ive been comming to rossitiers for repairs about 9 years and if God permits i'll keep comming.

" We have friends that live in the Sarasota area. They recomended your dealership for our rental needs while in Florida. We rented a Street Glide for 3 days the 2nd of December and returned on Monday. The rental experience was great. Both the product and the personell. I was extremely satisfied with both. My wife enjoyed all of the apparell and accessories. We were able to participate in your Saturday Christmas Open House. Everyone was more than accomidating. I was shocked at the competetive pricing compared to our stores in Missouri. I have a 05 Heritage Softail. I was very impressed with the Street Glide. The suspension on the Touring model is a must for me. With the pricing displayed at the time, I would consider dealing with you when I was ready to trade.
